Description
Xiamen International Yacht Fair plans a 250,000-meter offshore commercial complex. The project adopts a curved design, planning for multi-level buildings such as creative office buildings, corporate headquarters, and seascape commercial streets. The floor area ratio is only 1.64, which is comparable to the low-density, free, casual, and convenient office space of villa life, creating an offshore business cover work based on the four major formats of "offshore office + corporate detached house + bay sea business + yacht base" . Jiugandian designed a logo system for this maritime business cover work. The concept of "tidal flat" is fully demonstrated. The natural shape of the tidal flat is used as a design prototype, and its natural and smooth morphological features are extracted and applied to the morphological design of the general floor plan. The public space between the buildings allows the entire building complex to have a flowing form and smooth space. And added a deep image recognition and industry sense.
